		<description>These sound like good foods to add to your diet, though some are a touch unfamiliar.  Fermented soybeans sound a touch on the odd side, but they&#039;re probably an acquired taste that&#039;s easy to pick up.  I would add, though, that if you&#039;re going to try and eat peanut butter for the health benefit, it would be better to buy &quot;natural&quot; peanut butter.  It will separate when left in the cabinet for any time at all, but they can easily be stirred back up into proper peanut butter.  It&#039;s better for you because &quot;regular&quot; peanut butter that doesn&#039;t separate has hydrogenated oils in it that can carry bad trans fats into your bloodstream.
